Prior to

Initial consultation – Face-to-face or what suits your schedule best

Unlimited phone and email communication from date of contract

Review of contracts for venue and vendors

Day-Of timeline advising

Tips on creating a stress-less atmosphere for wedding day

Contact all listed vendors one week prior to day of event

Finalize timeline with bride, vendors, venue

Organize and run wedding rehearsal (rehearsals on the day before or earlier in wedding week)

WEDDING DAY

Eight hours devoted to your day

Manage wedding vendors; Coordinator will be on site to oversee and assist vendors with set up, situations, questions per your instructions

Oversee decor set up at ceremony site, cocktail hour site, reception site

Organize and distribute personal flowers to wedding party, family and special guests

Facilitate wedding ceremony: line up family and bridal party, be sure guys and gals look picture perfect, cue DJ and/or musicians, assist the bride with veil, train, bouquet, etc.

Manage assigned seating for reception

Facilitate bustling the bride’s gown

Coordinate announcements, entertainment, scripted events during reception

Be a liaison between vendors, venue, and bride (or contact person) during cocktail hour and reception to keep to timeline

Distribute gratuities to vendors at the end of the event

Be prepared to handle any opportunities that may arise​
